If you’re not satisfied with a product you purchase from us you can return it to us for a full refund of the product price.

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original 4 Strong Paws packaging (does not include the original shipping box).

To complete your return, we require you to submit a Product Return Request in order to generate your Product Return Number.
