Eligibility for Returns:
Clients must request a return within forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date.
Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from 4 Strong Paws.
The Client has no outstanding balance.
A Product Return Number (PRN) has been issued.
Only the most recent order placed by the client
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the 4 Strong Paws packaging (original box not required).
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please submit a Product Return Request in order to generate your Product Return Number.
If you have a 4 Strong Paws account, visit the My Account page to request a product return. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization. (see below for links)
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original packaging, specifically the 4 Strong Paws dog food bag.
Returns must be accompanied by PRN or proof of purchase, such as a receipt (order confirmation).
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed directly to the original method of payment within 15 business days.
Returns that do not meet the criteria may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.
Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted for products purchased from third-party retailers.
