4 Strong Paws Return Policy

Thank you for choosing 4 Strong Paws for your dog’s nutritional needs. We strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Clients must request a return within forty-five (45) days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from 4 Strong Paws.
  • The Client has no outstanding balance.
  • A Product Return Number (PRN) has been issued.
  • Only the most recent order placed by the client
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the 4 Strong Paws packaging (original box not required).

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please submit a Product Return Request in order to generate your Product Return Number.
    If you have a 4 Strong Paws account, visit the My Account page to request a product return.  If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization.  (see below for links)
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, specifically the 4 Strong Paws dog food bag.
  • Returns must be accompanied by PRN or proof of purchase, such as a receipt (order confirmation).

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed directly to the original method of payment within 15 business days.
  • Returns that do not meet the criteria may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Exclusions:

  • Returns will not be accepted for products purchased from third-party retailers.
